From early spring when potatoes are planted to the late summer months and throughout the autumn the farm comes alive with activity as harvest commences, quickly followed by field work and planting for the next season. There are plenty of opportunities to see farming life at its peak with a front row seat from our luxury safari tents.
We are so lucky to have access to some great walks surrounding Meadow Field, in particular along the Oxford Canal only a short walk from our farm.
The Heart of England is quite literally your one stop shop when it comes to exploring the Midlands, and beyond.
You can visit the historical towns of Rugby, Leamington Spa, Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon and Warwick Castle in Warwick. Or nip across the border into Leicestershire to visit the beautiful towns of Market Harborough, Oakham and Uppingham.
Bosworth Battle Field and the neighbouring Battlefield Line Railway are also no more than 45 minutes away.
Coventry, City of culture 2021 has so much to offer and
Birmingham, home to the 2022 Commonwealth Games
are just down the road from us. Both cities will be buzzing with so many events and activities ahead of these momentous occasions. London too is only a short 50 minute train ride from Rugby.
