In line with the government's four step road map to cautiously ease lockdown restrictions, we are delighted to share that as of April 12th we will be able to welcome single household bookings to Meadow Field Luxury Glamping.
From May 17th this can hopefully be extended to two households.
To find out more please visit gov.uk

In the mean time whilst there is still a level of uncertainty and in addition to our continued high standards of cleaning, we have chosen to keep a 72 hour buffer between bookings in place.
Not only is this a reassuring measure but we hope it will help mitigate the risk of spreading the virus.

  • 5 star review  What a relaxing, fun time we had together as a family, first time Glamping. The kids fought over the unique bed, so we will have to go back. Everything you could think of was there, the boys lived the fishing and caught 2 fish. The firepit was lit every evening and marshmallows toasted. Walking and cycling routes are lovely too, I could of stayed an extra week. Very comfortable beds, and the shower, well the kids are begging me to buy one just like it. Pizza oven was a huge plus too as hubby owned a pizza restaurant so we had fun making pizza from scratch. Thank you for an amazing experience and the lovely bottle of bubbly we shall be back.

5 star review  Our short break at Meadowfield Luxury Glamping completely exceeded our expectations. Woodhill safari tent is beautifully furnished and super comfortable and Jules and David really have thought of every little thing to make your stay special - even the dog was treated as a VIP! Our whole family agreed that we couldn't have chosen anywhere nicer to celebrate Grandma's 88th birthday (Yes...she loved it too!) A truly memorable and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

  • 5 star review  Our visit Meadow Field 12.04,2021. I can’t start at the beginning as that was dealt with by my wife, but I was advised ‘we’re staying outside Rugby in a glamping safari tent’… Well, well, well. So, for me it all started as we arrived at the farm gate entrance, as I pushed the button to gain access, we heard Jules, She was smiling down the phone as pleased to hear us, as we were to get out of lockdown, that’s a great start I thought. Jules met us as we arrived, showed us to our parking slot and with a few basic helpful points we were left to unpack and start our holiday. What struck me at that point… no rules, no one way system and no enforced NHS scanning in, but it was still Covid friendly. What I immediately saw was the carefully positioned and very big wheel barrow, ready to transfer our numerous suitcases and the like, to help make our home from home. When we saw the tent it was just as the video we had watched about 3 or 5 times, in lockdown with gentle steps to the front door, lounge chairs on the balcony and straight into the tent…. via a rather large zip. As we entered, it was a beautiful layout, clean, Covid safe and with ‘nice’ hand sanitiser. The dining table was fit for a feast, lovely settee and log burner calling out for pizza in the top oven. 3 good sized bedrooms, storage space for clothes, bags, boots coats and the kitchen sink I managed to pack, (not needed, please read on) The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine oh and 6 eggs from the farm’s hens… and they made lovely dippy eggs according to my daughter. And whilst writing, it had the kitchen sink, the fridge with freezer, small cooker and the all essential ‘miccywave’ Now as you look around, we saw heaters, standard lamps, cushions and flowers, all making it look like home. And it was a great home for the next 5 days. Next door was far enough away to have privacy, but also company. With the sound of a tractor rumbling in the next field that was a gentle nudge to realise we are in the countryside and we are out out! We found a small notepad where Jules was asking for any feedback, things that didn’t work for us or needed looking at. Great to see that attention to detail. Now, yes it was cold outside at night, it was April and freezing but not inside, the log burner kept us warm and the fan heaters came on in the morning as central heating… not forgetting the electric blanket! The icing on the cake, was in simple terms, the shower block and toilet, this shower block was not at the top of the hill to be traversed in freezing rain, but just at the back of the tent. Lovely towels, and in the morning sun rose to warm the shower and toilet… but the shower, with spray jets, amazon shower head, disco music and lights really was the creme de la creme. And finally, the outdoor space gave chance to roam, play football and just listen to birds and geese, watching the sunset and looking at the late train to somewhere, far in the distance. As we packed up and left, we realised what a fabulous find Meadow Field Glamping was, along with the neighbouring villages and that wonderful disco shower. So, thanks Jules and team of hens, you all did a great job, you thought about it and you lived it to make sure your guests would love it as much as you do…. Well done JRE

5 star review  We stayed 4 nights at Meadow Field and it was a superb break. The site is very private and the Glamping tents (2 of them) are situated on a well maintained field which was perfect for families and children to enjoy. The Glamping tents themselves are extremely luxurious with a great amount of space, luxury amenities and child safety has been considered. There are a lot of thoughtful touches and attention to detail that really made our stay feel special. Jules & David are amazing hosts and took the time out of their day to give us a tour of the farm, which was a highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend Meadow Field for anyone wanting to disconnect and unwind.

  • 5 star review  Such a wonderful destination to escape to; we stayed over an April weekend with dry sunny days and chilly nights. The fire pit, stove and electric blankets were perfect at keeping us snug. Jules & Dave have paid great attention to the living space, creating a welcoming, cosy, luxurious experience and the outdoor space, well, the kids and dog have had a great time playing outdoors for most of the days! With a farm shop near by, pubs within walking distance and the Warwickshire countryside at your door this has been a wonderful experience, thank you 🙂

5 star review  We are enjoying our last night here at this absolutely magical place which is only 3 miles from our home! We wanted somewhere safe to catch up on the quality time with some of our grandkids that we have missed so much of this year. This place is perfect to do that with the added bonus of all the extra touches Jules & David have added to make this a luxurious Glamping experience Super comfy beds & bedding including the cabin bed which was a huge hit with kids, toys & games, wine in the fridge, dog bed & bowl & a shower with lights & music!! We are already planning our return with our ‘big’ kids next year

"Wow! We had such a lovely stay and everything that could be thought of has been.
I particulally enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and quiet . Our 18 year old and 20 year old visited whilst we were here and remarked on how much they would like to live here!
We did a lovely walk to the canal (circular and about 5km) which was lovely. Had lunch at the Old Lion which was excellent.
Thanks Jules and family. I'd love to come back!"
